We visit the city and visit the interior of the monuments whenever possible.

How is the guided tour?

During this tour, we will explore a large part of the historic center of Pontevedra, highlighting squares such as Leña, Verdura, or Teucro along the itinerary. In these squares, we will discover the city’s heraldic wealth on the facades of pazos (manor houses) and stately homes from the 17th and 18th centuries, but we will also see examples of traditional architecture, all accompanied by legends and anecdotes like those of Ravachol the parrot. We will also have the opportunity to “greet” Valle-Inclán in Méndez Núñez square and, in the Cinco Calles square, we will see where he lived.

It is worth noting that this tour also includes visits to the interior of the city’s main monuments, such as the Ruins of Santo Domingo, the Sanctuary of the Pilgrim Virgin, the Church of San Bartolomé, and the Basilica of Santa María, while also exploring the importance of this city within the Portuguese Way to Santiago. Of course, there will be plenty of information about our gastronomy and festivals.

For approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, we walk through the city and visit the interior of the monuments whenever possible, something that does not happen with other companies and tours.

So you can enjoy the experience without having to decide at the end what contribution would be appropriate, we work with predefined rates, adjusted to the route and duration of the tour, and designed to offer a fair balance between quality and price.
